ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM
Father Timoleon (Tim) Prattas
Spiritual Director
Fr. Tim Prattas was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Theology from the Toronto Orthodox Theological Academy in 2003 and a Master's in Divinity (with a specialization in Youth and Family Ministries) at Tyndale Seminary in May 2007.
Upon graduation, he was hired as the first full-time National Youth Director of our Archdiocese.
After getting married, Fr. Tim was ordained to the Holy Diaconate and the Holy Priesthood by His Eminence Archbishop Sotirios. Fr. Tim has been the Parish Priest at Sts. Nicholas and Dimitrios Greek Orthodox Church since December 1st, 2014. Fr. Tim is married to Presbytera Sophia. Together, they have a beautiful daughter, Maria and son Zacharias.
Fr. Tim knows that Camp Met is a foundational program for all youth. "I always look forward to Camp every August," Fr. Tim says. "Youth and young adults get a unique chance to live their Orthodox faith and Greek heritage with so many other kids at Camp. The leaders put their best efforts into making it an unforgettable experience for all the right reasons. It is a testament that the Orthodox Faith is alive, inspiring and life-changing." He hopes to get a chance to chat with all the youth - both first-time campers and "Camp Met veterans" - this year. "They show everyone that youth isn't merely the future - they're the present."
Maria Greco
Administrative Director
Maria has recently joined our admin team. She has been a camper since 2013 and a camp counselor for the past 2 years. She is currently at UBC completing her undergrad, with hopes of becoming an occupational therapist. Maria enjoys being involved with the Greek community throughout the year through greek dancing, youth group, and volunteering with the community. She can’t wait to see everyone this summer and continue to make more memories with you all!
