Fr. Tim was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Theology from the Toronto Orthodox Theological Academy in 2003 and a Masters in Divinity (with a specialization in Youth and Family Ministries) at Tyndale Seminary in May 2007.
Upon graduation, he was hired as the first full-time National Youth Director of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Canada. Fr. Tim was ordained to the Holy Diaconate on May 13 2014 by His Eminence Metropolitan Sotirios of Canada at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Toronto. On August 25 2014, Fr. Tim was ordained to the Holy Priesthood at Metamorphosis Greek Orthodox Church in Toronto. Fr. Tim began serving as Parish Priest at Sts. Nicholas and Dimitrios Church on December 1 2014. Currently, he is the President of the BC Canadian Orthodox Clergy Association. Fr. Tim is married to Presbytera Sophia. Together, they have two children. In his spare time, he enjoys reading a good book and watching hockey.

Dora Papoutsakis is Camp Met BC's Camp Coordinator. She is the official "mom" of Camp and loves this amazing program! Her only wish is that she could rewind time and have a Camp like this one when she was growing up! Along with being a full time mom, she is a Government of Canada employee, working in Security. She has volunteered with the Hellenic Community of Vancouver since she was a teen when she was the president of GOYA! Her number one priority is to keep the Greek Orthodox youth of BC involved and engaged in Camp and our communities. She has an open door policy and welcomes any questions, anytime!
Tricia is a Camp Met BC fanatic! She looks forward in attending camp every year! She has been involved in camp since DAY 1, starting as a camper, moving her way up to a counsellor and now acting as the Programs Director. Tricia has been involved in the Greek Orthodox communities, through Youth Group, Greek Dance, Volunteering at fundraisers and more! Tricia is currently a Licensed Practical Nurse working at Lions Gate Hospital and is continuing her education to become a Registered Nurse to pursue her dream in working at BC Children’s Hospital. Tricia is veryyy excited about planning camp this year because it is YEAR 10 which means that she has planned new and exciting activities! Her favourite part of camp is building stronger relationships with all the campers and leaders as well as learning more about her faith. She loves CAMP MET BC! Tricia is ready for camp and her countdown has begun! ARE YOU READY FOR THE BEST YEAR YET?!!

Elissa has been a leader with Camp Met BC since year 2. She’s happy to be returning again this year for the BIG year 10! Elissa recently graduated from university. She’s looking forward to seeing returning campers and meeting all the new campers and leaders that are coming this summer. She’s excited for all the campers to see all the fun and exciting activities that are being planned to celebrate year 10 and making new camp memories!! See you at the end of August!! Eva is part of are programs team and Media team. She has been a camper for 7 years and a leader for 2! She is currently studying at Langara College to complete her Bachelors of Arts it hopes of becoming a Elementary Teacher. She has volunteered at multiple day camps and fundraisers, and she has also helped with Greek School in are community. Ever since she moved from the heart of Greece in 2012 Camp Met BC has been her family . She enjoys meeting new campers every year and creating memories! Her mission is to make Camp Met BC fun and unforgettable!
Hey! My name’s Yiorgos and this is my second year with Camp Met as part of the admin team, but I’m still a camper at heart! It’s been so nice connecting with Campers virtually, and I look forward to all the fun stuff we have planned for Camp Met 2020!
Vicki Papoutsakis has been working with children and youth for 15 years. Her career began as an ECE teacher working in various daycares. As an undergraduate student, she worked as a youth worker at Covenant House Vancouver in the crisis shelter. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Child and Youth Care at the University of Victoria, and began working at BC Children’s Hospital in the Child Psychiatry department, as a Youth and Family Counsellor. During her 7 years there, she worked with children and families in supporting them through behavioural and emotional interventions through trauma informed care and practice. Over the last two years she has moved on to BC Women’s Hospital as a Counsellor in reproductive health. She has recently spent some time training and mentoring the Camp Leaders and Admin Staff and loves being a part of the Camp Met BC Team!
